Metatation is the web-development division of Computer Consultants Group, Inc, located in Charleston, South Carolina.

Our mission is to provide a smooth, obstacle-free experience for website owners, designers and users. We offer a complete suite of web site services: consulting, strategic planning, content creation, search engine optimization, design, development, hosting and maintenance.

We can work with your own designer. If you already have a web site design, or you ARE a web site designer, and you need web site development services (HTML, CSS, and other coding), we can help. We specialize in custom Content Management Systems (CMS), which give site owners complete control. A CMS is an on-line, password protected, area of your web site where you can update your own site in real time. You can update your site without learning HTML code, resizing images, or worrying about harming the structure of your menus. Our CMS systems are always custom developed to match your site, so you never have to wade through the arcane structure of "canned" content management systems.

We develop sites using web standards. The use of standards is peace of mind for site owners and web users. Your site will work, and it will continue to work as new web technologies emerge.
